We the selected do heavily bind ourselves to pay the amount we subscribe for the
purpose of building a bridge across the River where the public road crosses in
the plantation of George Tucker. We bind ourselves to pay the amount subscribed
when the Bridge is completed, and secured by the commissioners of said county
this 29th day of July 1872.
